Experience	Experience: I am an accomplished Human Resource (HR) practitioner, coach, and mentor with over 20 years of experience in the GCC. I hold an M.Sc in Psychology, an MBA, and a Chartered Manager (CMI) in the UK. MCIPD, UK. Additionally, I have attained accreditation through Highfield UK to conduct the Train the Trainers program. I have also been selected as a mentor for the CIPD - Mentoring program - 2023-2024. I serve as an advisor on HR Services at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) - Netherlands.
