Experience	Experience: Before I started teaching English, I took a one-year training with the Moroccan Ministry of Education. This training taught me how to deal with different types of learners and how to reasonably manage my class.I am a TESOL-certified teacher. Moreover, I have 4 years of experience in tutoring learners of different ages and levels. I also dealt with learners who have never taken an English class and now they become great English speakers. I helped them to make their dreams real by encouraging them

Approach	Approach: I plan my lessons based on the level of the learner and his actual needs for the language. Each session has its own plan of course. The plan also depends on the focused skill that is to say teaching reading is not the same as other skills.
