Experience	Experience: I am a qualified teacher and classroom practitioner with enthusiasm and dedication. I have 3 years of teaching experience, ranging from Early Years to all of Primary school. Experienced teacher in Year One and Two, Primary â€“ Maths, English, Science and foundation subjects. KS1 and KS2 SATs, Phonics, Mental Maths tests, critical problem solving, ELGs. All subjects across Primary school.

Approach	Approach: I assess the child and then plan according to their needs. I can adjust my lessons to ensure that there is recap of previous knowledge as well. I am able to devise and develop ways to encourage and challenge a pupil further to ensure they deepen their knowledge and understanding. I ensure that I meet the needs of children to make accelerated progress. I can work on practice tests, comprehensions, SATs and I can also demonstrate how to solve problems.
