Experience	Experience: I have over five years experience of teaching, my specialism is in ICT/Computer Science, however, I also have some experience in teaching Business Studies and English. During my time teaching in the UK, I was also an 'Examiner' for OCR examining board. This has given me the skills and knowledge to understand the ICT/Computer curriculum in greater detail, and also mark student work accurately at a very high standard.

Approach	Approach: All my lessons are planned according to the students strengths and weaknesses. I take time to get to know my students, which gives me the understanding of the level of difficulty I set my tasks at. My lessons involve a mixture of theory and practical elements, which I link to real life examples to ensure a greater understanding of the topic by the students.
