Experience	Experience: I am a current teacher of IGCSE Sciences at a school in Doha, having taught Sciences at both GCSE and A-level previously for five years in the UK. I am trained as a Chemistry teacher, however having a bachelor of Science degree in Geography, I can also teacher GCSE Geography and have previous experience of tutoring A-Level Geography. In 2010 I completed a 'Teaching English as a Foreign language' (TEFL) certificate; so I am used to working with pupils who have English as their second language.

Approach	Approach: My tutoring approach is very learner centered. My lessons are really tailored around my pupil's needs and their personal learning style. I don't like to just lecture pupils, as I feel that they don't really learn in this way. I find that through completing short learning tasks, assessing learning throughout the lesson and implementing exam question practice works well. I also find great value in exam analysis and teaching pupils exam technique to ensure they achieve the highest grade possible for them.
