 I am a Female Home tutor residing in Al wakrah. I am very well experienced, I have tutored kids while living in UK, in Africa and presently I tutor kids in Qatar. I am very patient with kids, and I am well knowledged of how to keep kids engaged while teaching them.

I teach all subjects to kindergarteen, lower and middle classes. Because I am certified in child's psychology, I am also well knowledged in managing kid's  behaviour and I teach kids with speech problem.

Teaching English has been my passion and profession for over a decade. My journey as an educator began shortly after I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, followed by a Master's in Education. These academic foundations provided me with a deep understanding of both the language and the pedagogy required to teach it effectively.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching students of all ages and backgrounds, from young children in primary schools to adults seeking to improve their language skills for professional advancement. Each group has taught me something new about the art of teaching and the diverse ways in which individuals learn.

My teaching style is dynamic and student-centered. I believe in creating an interactive and engaging classroom environment where students feel comfortable to express themselves and take risks with the language. I utilize a variety of teaching methods, including communicative language teaching (CLT), task-based learning, and the use of multimedia resources, to cater to different learning styles and keep the lessons interesting and relevant.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to adapt my teaching methods to meet the needs of my students. Whether I am teaching grammar, vocabulary, writing, or speaking skills, I always start by assessing my students' current proficiency levels and their individual learning goals. This allows me to tailor my lessons to ensure that each student can progress at their own pace while also feeling challenged and motivated.

I have been an English teacher for 6 years, teaching in the UK, Spain, and Qatar.

My expertise is in teaching English, especially at the IELTS and Secondary level. I am also extremely knowledgeable about English Literature at the university level as well as GCSEs.

I have tutored privately in Spain regularly from 3-year-olds right through to adults! I'm looking to get back into tutoring to help supplement my current job.

Tutoring Approach

My tutoring approach is to first understand the level of the students through a basic series of low-stress assessments and quizzes. I use these to determine where I should target my teaching.

Then, I spend lessons going through what is needed to improve, using a mixture of modeling and student work.
