My tutoring approach is to get to know my student, be kind, be fair and always listen to them in order to understand them at a higher level. I allow the student to tell me what their needs are and how we can incorporate them into their learning abilities. I am creative in my approach as I believe a visual approach is suitable for most students and keeping their attention. I do try make work fun, but also always have a seriousness to what work needs to be completed and how it should be.
