Depending on the age group and needs of the student I use different methodologies to approach each person in a way that will encourage them to study subjects that they find difficult. With younger children I make sure that the lesson is based on learning through activities that they enjoy in order to remove the classroom/school aspect of the lesson. When it comes to teenagers and adults I make sure that the lessons are professional,and focused and make sure that clear goals are set for each student after the initial assessment.
