Master's degree in violin performance

Hi, My name is Kuba (Jakob), I hold master's degree in violin and I am here to teach violin! I teach only online as I am not residing in Quatar. Still I am having very good experiences with teaching violin online. I like teaching, I am patient and polite. I have broad theory background and I like to combine good positive atmosphere during the lesson with violin technique that actually work :) Please read the info below and contact me if you have any questions! As an experienced violin player and violin teacher, having played tons of concerts and recorded some cd's with classical and popular music - I can help you or your kid to make progress. What is most important - progress built on solid findaments. Learning violin is like building a house - if there is no solid fundament it will not work :) For example if you want your kid to develop skills on violin for joy of playing right now or to have some additional, special skills in the future, for ex. in the college - it would be wise to make it right. So just to name a few issues I can help with: 1. learning to play from the beginning 2. fighting the pain or discomfort during playing - building proper arm, and fingers movement - proper holding of bow and the instrument itself 3. basic violin skills - if it doesn't sound exactly right ;) - intonation - producing nice, good sound without errors or faults 4. making playing more fun and musical - rythm, articulation and phrasing - developing overall musicality 5. songs and pieces - Suzuki books - classical repertoire on every grade - songs you would like to learn I do not believe in quick fix attitude (which seems to be quite popular) because it does not work in the long run, with more difficult pieces. My motto is that if you want to make progress you should also make an effort yourself - of practicing at home between the lessons for example :) I work daily as a professional violin teacher and Philharmonic violinist in Poland, Europe.
